This exqusitely pruned rhododendron at the end of Point White is the queen of the bunch, as far as I’m concerned. I just had to go by again today to have a look at her and snap a picture - which doesn’t do the lovely palette of shell-pinks and corals in her flowers justice.
What a week! - today’s 30-mile ride was the best I’ve had in a long time. I felt strong and consistent throughout, even with a final climb up Baker Hill at the end… A terrific way to cap off a 113-mile week.
